Sexual Hygiene
Sexual hygiene is very important in any kind of sexual relationship. The following guide cover most common problems, and how to avoid them.
Firstly be sure about your partner.
When two consenting adults decide to enter into a sexual relationship, it's very important to know their sexual background, before you have unprotected sex with them. Some doctors suggest you both get tested befor any kind of sexual intimacy takes place, but that is of course, a matter of personal choice. We can only suggest that you proceed with caution, and that you need to feel at ease with your new partner first.
Once you've made the plunge and entered a sexual relationship, to stay healthy it's important to stay clean. Following these simple steps will ensure that.
- Always ensure your genital areas are clean before sexual intimacy, and take a bath first when ever possible.
- When using sex toys during foreplay or masturbation, always clean them first before you put them away.
- If you enjoy anal sex invest in an anal cleaning aid, and use it every time.
- If you enjoy anal sex, never penetrate anally then vaginal without first cleaning the penis. This also applies when using sex toys.
- Avoid having sex with other people when your in a stable relationship.
- If you are going to be an unfaithfull partner, ensure you wear a condom. Infections are easy to spread, you may catch an STD then pass it on to your unsuspecting partner.
